On June 11 & 12, 2005, We hosted two big Alex's Lemonade Stands in Minnesota! Canterbury Park & Mall of America. We raised over $7000.00 to fund Pediatric Cancer Research....Enjoy the pictures....and Thank You Volunteers!! Afleet Alex won the Belmont on Sat. June 11th.....He also won our hearts racing for Alex Scott in Heaven and raising money & awareness for Childhood Cancer research! Go Afleeet Alex! Sweet Carl....we dedicate our Stand to you and Alex! Carl Robinson, 5 years old....1999-2001 The beautiful Stand built by The Robinson family last summer! We were treated like royalty at Canterbury! We raised $3860.00 and had a race dedicated to our cause! We watched the race in the Winner's Circle!
Crunch from the Minnesota Timberwolves came to Mall of America!! Look at the smile on Sam's face!!! The stand fit well in the Sam Goody Court at mall of America! We raised another $3200.00 at the Mall! Carl's Commando's came out in force to help! Thank you all the Robinson family Volunteers! Crunch poses with the Commando's!!! Natalie Grant, Singer, also was at the Mall of America. She donated $1.00 for each C/D she sold! Thanks allot Natalie! Minnesota Twins, T.C., and Minnesota Timberwolves, Crunch, came out to the Mall of America fro Alex's stand! Elana made a heartfelt poster for the Stand! by a local radio station KS95. The National Race Track Association made Posters of the Alex's Lemonade Stand that were sold at the Stand! The Mall of America Stand was very busy! Two performances of the "Victoria Productions : Hot Hot Hot show were performed at the Mall of America! Look at the Sea of Yellow enjoying the show! The crowd roared with the introduction of Molly Hollway, 11 year neuroblastoma Survivor and a member of the Victoria Dance Productions, Glamour Gang. Molly's Dance team performed their tap dance, "Man with a Hex" (Molly is 3rd from the left) So many wonderful Volunteers! Elena Shalliol stage 4 Neuroblastoma dx: 1/1994 and her Mother Dagmar made the trip up from Chicago to participate in the Lemonade stand. Elena & Molly Hollway met and were treated the same year at Minneapolis Children's Hospital for Neuroblastoma. Cousin's of Angel Aaron, 5/12/93 - 2/6/99 all joined us to help witrh the stand at Mall of America. We made posters of the kids that had families involved with the Minnesota Alex's Lemonade stand! Victoria did a Dollars from Heaven Drop at the end of the show and dollars were dropped from all 4 levels of the Mall! We also had a silent Auction at the Mall of America. Items were donated from thre Minnesota Twins, the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Baby Mary Hammer found a quiet spot to rest after all her fundraising efforts!!
